Graham Bull (Principal Conductor) gained his Music degree from Exeter University in 1981, specialising in conducting and composition. As a chorister with the BBC National Chorus of Wales for many years, he enjoyed singing under a host of conductors including Simon Rattle, Neville Marriner, and John Elliott Gardiner. For many years he also sung for and conducted the Cathedral Chamber Choir - directing services in St Paul’s Cathedral and Westminster Abbey in London, as well as in provincial city cathedrals. Graham has been Musical Director of Chepstow Choral Society for the past 15 years, and joined Bristol Millennium Orchestra as Principal Conductor in September 2012.

He has music degrees from Bristol and Manchester Universities, and composes, recently for the Kiev Chamber Music Festival and Valberg International Piano Duet Competition in France, and is writing a book of Indian classical music for piano. He’d be delighted if you sought out the piano sheet music and CD album of his “Intensely Pleasant Music” played by Steven Kings.
